Daily Yoga Classes

Daily Yoga Classes at Sai Yoga Ashram

Classes are available in the morning and the evening throughout the year.

Monday to Saturday. Timings-
1- Morning: 8am to 10am
2- Evening: 5pm to 7pm

These sessions are suitable for beginners and every level of Yoga practitioner.Each session will incorporate the following:
1 – Prayers ,
2 – Mantra Chanting
3 – Asana and Pranayama
4 – Mudras and Bandha
5 – Yoga Nindra
6 – Meditation
The style of instruction will be Sivananda and Hatha Yoga.
